From an English-speaking point of view and accustomed to high customer satisfaction through personal and professional experience, I think this workshop offers the least interesting customer experience. The shop floor may be sophisticated, but its approach to customers is simply considered a secondary priority, when it should be the main focus of any organization and its activities. Therefore, customer experience and satisfaction is -10, however, their work makes up for their lack of customer experience, but should not be an excuse to operate in this manner.

An outstanding garage!!! Great welcome!! Absolute trust, they are super honest, their advice is excellent, the quote is completely correct and there are never any surprises, the only downside is the absence of a recovery car when you leave your car for half a day or a day. full day however from this garage it is easy to reach the center of Angers on foot via a childish bike path located at the rear of the store. I sincerely appreciate the honesty of the technicians, mechanics and the entire team on the workshop side. BRAVO AND THANK YOU

Most mediocre! April 2021: change of the clutch kit August 2023: findings made by a much more professional garage: faulty clutch release bearing, faulty clutch with the added bonus of the gearbox completely out of order! In 2021 this repair clearly cost €700 with the vehicle immobilized for 2 days, in 2023 with the multitude of repairs it will not cost €700! And it SHOCKS NO ONE in this establishment, a clutch that hasn't even been 24 months old! Lamentable, totally LAMENTABLE for a garage advocating repair and so on!
